Family getaway, cozy and warm

The reception area was beautifully decorated for the holiday with twinkle lights, and there was a real husky welcoming us! ! the breakfast had a great selection, and the atmosphere in the bar was just perfect with a crackling fire.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but you know what, it was still pretty worth it.

the cozy cabin had a nice sauna to warm up after snow activities. the breakfast was repetitive and could use more variety.

Rooms could really benefit from a thorough cleaning!!! Heating needs addressing, as chilling in the cold corners isn't fun for anyone!!! Common spaces felt quite cramped during busy times, which affects cozy comfort!!!

Chur, the sauna was mint after a day on the slopes, but the room was a bit run down and needed a decent clean. not too bad!

i thought this was supposed to be a nice getaway, but the shower room had that lovely brown plastic carpet from probably the 1980s. also, i was looking forward to a complimentary upgrade to my twin room, but alas, they wouldn’t even change my mattress that had dirt in it. disappointing doesn’t quite cover it.

The buffet breakfast had a solid variety of options that kept our energy up for winter activities.

The bathroom had a clogged drain, causing water to flood after showers.
